Rhian Morgan (She/Her)

Founder & Artistic Director

Rhian is the Founder and Artistic Director of Elevé Arts. She is a qualified secondary School Teacher of Dance, holding QTS and a PGCE, alongside a First Class Degree in Dance: Urban Practice. Rhian is also Level 5 qualified in Life Coaching and Counselling, and is Mental Health First Aid trained.

In addition to her experience of teaching Dance, Drama and English, Rhian has worked extensively in Pastoral roles, supporting young people from diverse backgrounds, including those with SEND, neurodiverse learners and individuals experiencing Mental Health challenges. Rhian is very passionate about creating inclusive spaces where every young person feels seen, supported and empowered.

Elevé Arts was created from this vision - a space where young creatives can grow in confidence, develop their identity and explore their full artistic potential.

Cassandra Todd-Allan (She/Her)

Designated Safeguarding Lead

Cassandra is our Designated Safeguarding Lead at Elevé Arts.

Cassandra has over 27 years’ experience as a registered Social Worker and Senior Leader within Children’s Services. She brings extensive safeguarding expertise across both Children’s and Adult services. Her career has been dedicated to protecting, advocating for, and empowering young people.

Cassandra plays a key role in shaping a culture of care and accountability at Elevé Arts, ensuring that every young artist is well supported, not just physically, but emotionally and socially. Her guidance helps create a space where children feel safe, nurtured and able to thrive.
